Due to all of the coconut milk in the panaeng chicken and the coconut oil in the sauteed spinach, couldn't give myself an A (but it wasn't too shabby today-hope I can keep the carbs down all week).
The call of the ice cream sandwich was strong today... "hey, what was that noise...???"
