MONDAY 081020

Looking for an easier way to track what I eat without going crazy with my OCD and tracking EVERYTHING... going to focus on protein blocks and carb blocks and any cheating I do during the week when I'm trying to eat cleaner. Not going to worry about FRI or SAT so much as my cheats can get out of hand unless I have a really clean weekend.
